The development and implementation of IT systems for any customer requirements is one of the main activities of Crocos.
Information system integration services include the following lifecycle:
- Learning;
- Design;
- Development of a working project;
- Pilot operation;
- Introduction to commercial operation;
- Support and subsequent development.
The "Study" stage includes the definition of detailed requirements for the future IP and their documentation (Terms of Reference).
The "Design" stage of the IP is carried out on the basis of the terms of reference and includes the development of the software architecture of the future system.
Based on this stage, a technical document ( Technical Project or Specifications) is also created.
"Creating a working project" consists in directly creating the system software and operating documentation based on the technical solutions of the "Design"stage.
Stage " Trial operation»:
- Deploying the system on the customer's servers, configuring and debugging the information system;
- Training the system for all users divided into roles;
- Testing of the IP on the basis of the approved PMI;
- Revision of the identified errors identified during testing.
The stage of Introduction into commercial operation consists in transferring the work of all employees to a new IP, certification and transfer of property rights to the customer.
The "Maintenance" stage consists in the subsequent support of the system's operability as well as in the elimination of minor shortcomings that arise, according to the agreed standards.
Further development is aimed at upgrading the system in order to meet the new needs of the customer.
In modern methods of developing turnkey information systems, the implementation is carried out on the basis of two subsets: iterative and incremental. Iterativity assumes that the system and its architecture are not worked out in one step, but are gradually refined from iteration to iteration.
Incrementality is that the result of each step is a new version of the system, which is responsible for part of the functionality, and also includes all the functionality of previous versions, and can be put into trial operation, as well as evaluated by the Customer and future users.
